1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kiss98 platform, including our website at kiss98.pro, mobile app, and all services we offer. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kiss98.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use of the kiss98 platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. kiss98 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be terminated immediately without any refund.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at kiss98. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using a different name, email address, or phone number — are prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and valid bank details. kiss98 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, and failure to comply with a KYC request within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or termination.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. kiss98 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Activity

All activity in your account — including wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. kiss98 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that show no login activity within a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as an inactive account. A monthly maintenance fee of RM10 or equivalent may be charged on inactive account balances after notice is given. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

6.3 Betting Limits

7 Prohibited Conduct

9 Limitation of Liability
